Barton is a motion designer and digital artist who creates under his studio brand, Already Been Chewed LLC. For over 12 years, he has designed for a variety of mediums including print, web, live productions and broadcast television. His digital illustrations are influenced heavily by his motion work.

His design studio, Already Been Chewed (ABC) has had great success connecting large brands to core markets. Having designed for brands like Krew/SUPRA, DGK and DC Comics, ABC has proven to be a fresh source of creativity in partnering with clients, agencies and other post production studios to provide relevant solutions that connect with popular culture. Lil Wayne, Owl City, Wolfmother, and Toby Mac are some of the pop icons that Barton has created media for over the years.

Colorway T-Shirt Contest

Barton Damer wanted to create a few new colorways for his t-shirt collection and decided to create a contest. He provided the logo, template files, and allowed designers to tap into their digital color imagination. He also had a surprise judge James White of Signal Noise to decide the winner of the colorways. There were a lot of colorful and interesting color concepts and blends. I decided to enter six designs and create a few variations of my favorite topics at that time. It only took about 6 mins to design the colorways.
